My favorite restaurant in Duluth is Tavern on the Hill, and my favorite drink there is their peach martini. Since I’m not in Duluth right now, I decided to make my own!
1.5 oz peach vodka
1.5 oz peach schnapps
1.5 oz cranberry juice
(or equal parts of all of these things, depending on how many martinis you’re planning on making. There are no rules in quarantine.)
- Pour all ingredients into a shaker.
- Shake for one minute.
- Pour into martini glass, add a strip of lemon if you’re feeling ~fancy~ (I clearly was not), and enjoy!
