
Like day 2’s not-monster monster cookies, these didn’t quite turn out how they were supposed to. I think I figured out why that is, so if my suspicions are confirmed with the dough that’s currently chilling in the fridge, I’ll let you know what it is (spoiler alert: it’s the butter). Even though these might not look very pretty (or stay together super well), they’re delicious! Definitely use dutch processed cocoa, it really makes a difference with these.
