
These were supposed to be flat, soft cookies, and you can’t tell from this picture, but let me tell you, these are NOT flat. That being said, they are soft and deliciously chocolatey. I spend two months in high school studying the chemistry of cookies for my chemistry final project and apparently remember none of it, because I don’t know why these aren’t flat. Probably taking astronomy for my required science course in college didn’t help retain that knowledge either.
